Humanistic Care in the Treatment of Vascular Surgery

通过阐述血管外科的现状,血管外科的特殊性以及诊疗中存在的问题,从而提出对血管外科患者进行人文关怀的必要性。在血管外科治疗中融入人文关怀,包括了解血管外科患者的心理特点,围手术期的人文关怀,对患者开展健康教育和加强医生多维度实践能力的培养。将人文关怀融入到临床治疗中,能为患者树立战胜疾病的信心,减轻焦虑恐惧等精神负担,从而减少并发症。

Through elaborating the present situation,specific characteristics and the problems in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular surgery department,this paper put forward the necessary of humanistic care for patients with vascular disease. Humanistic care in vascular surgery contains understanding the patients＇ psychological characteristics,humanistic care during the perioperative period,carrying out health education to patient and strengthening the training of doctors＇ multi-dimension practical ability. Integrating humanistic care into clinical treatment can establish the patients＇ confidence to overcome the disease and relieve the mental burden of anxiety and fear,and thus to reduce complications.
