摘要
目的分析老年护理研究演进路径,研究热点与前沿。方法运用Citespace III软件对1996—2015年中国知网(CNKI)数据库收录的老年护理相关文献进行分析。结果共检索到有效文献15 311篇,年度发文数量整体呈逐年上升趋势,作者间形成合作紧密的科研团队,高产机构分布相对分散且存在较少合作关系;研究内容主要集中在疾病、行为干预和护理模式三个领域;研究前沿延伸到"院前急救""呼吸困难""老年住院病人""社区护理"四个视角。结论目前,"老年护理"已引起学者的广泛关注,亟需加强跨机构、跨区域的多元化科研合作,关注该领域研究热点前沿,提升研究质量,从而全面推进老年护理向专业化方向发展。
Objective： To analyze the evolution path,research hotspots and the leading edge of geriatric nursing study. Method： The related literature of the geriatric nursing published between 1996 and 2015 in China National Knowledge Internet（ CNKI） Database was analyzed using Citespace III Software. Result： A total of 15311 effective papers were extracted,the overall number of annual articlesshowed an upward trend,the closely cooperation team is formed between the authors. However,the prolific institution distribute relatively fragmented and have less cooperative relations. The research content mainly concentrated on the disease,behavior intervention and nursing mode.The leading edge of study extends to ＂ pre- hospital emergency＂, ＂ breathe＂, ＂ elderly inpatients＂,and ＂ community nursing＂. Conclusion： At present,the geriatric nursing has aroused widespread concern of scholars in China's Mainland. It is urgent to strengthen the diversity research collaboration crossed agencies and regions,focus on the hotspot and leading edge in the research field,improve the quality of research,so as to comprehensively promote the direction of specialization in the field of geriatric nursing.
