摘要
通过对我国医学院校人文素质培养现状的分析,在借鉴国内多种培养模式经验的基础上,结合多年的实证研究与探索,提出建构具有针对性、层次性和可操作性的医学生人文素质培养三维立体模式:以传授式为主的第一课堂,以渗透式为主的第二课堂和以体验式为主的第三课堂的有机结合。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of humanistic quality cultivation in medical schools in China and the experience of multiple domestic cultivation models,this paper put forward the three-dimensional model of medical students' humanistic quality cultivation combined with years of empirical research and exploration,which is targeted,stratified and operational. Specifically,this model of education considers face-to-face teaching,infiltration teaching and experience based teaching as the first class,the second class and the third class respectively,and combines them together.
