摘要
随着信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用和深入发展,我国教育部开始愈加重视教育信息化政策的制定、修改与调整。从我国教育信息化政策的变革背景、我国教育信息化政策的发展历程可以看出,我国教育信息化政策的价值走向新趋势:从"成事"到"成人",通过"成事"促进"成人",通过"成人"实现"成事"。
As information technology is widely used and deeply developed in the field of education, Ministry of Education begins to pay more attention on the formulation, modification and adjustment of national educational information policy. This article tries to find the new value trend of our national educational information policy which is from "realizing the development of issue" to "realizing the development to people" by analyzing the transformational back- ground and developmental process of educational information policy.
