摘要
首先根据2005—2015年《河南省统计年鉴》的数据,利用DEA模型对河南省18个市的农业生产效率进行测算;然后以计算出来的农业生产效率为因变量,分别以生产性服务业整体及6个细分行业为自变量,以财政支农和城镇化水平为控制变量,运用Tobit模型从总体和细分行业方面分析河南省生产性服务业对农业生产效率的影响。结果表明:河南省农业生产效率整体处于较高水平,但不同地区之间差异较大;整体来说,河南省生产性服务业对农业的促进作用还没有显现,现阶段还不能显著提高农业生产效率;但细分行业中的科学技术和信息技术服务业有效提高了农业生产效率。
Firstly,based on the data of 2005—2015《Henan statistical yearbook》,using the DEA model,the paper calculated the efficiency of agricultural production in 18 cities in Henan Province; then treating the calculated efficiency of agricultural production as the dependent variable,respectively regarding productive service industry as a whole and six sub sectors as independent variables,considering financial support for agriculture and urbanization level as control variables,the paper,using Tobit model,analyzed the effect of producer service industry on the efficiency of agricultural production in Henan Province.The results showed that as a whole the efficiency of agricultural production in Henan Province is in a high level. But regions are quite different. Overall,the promoting effect of producer service industry on agriculture is not apparent. Currently producer service industry cannot improve the efficiency of agricultural production significantly; but industry segments in science and technology and information technology services industry can effectively improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
