矿区地质环境治理施工危险因素分析及安全管理 被引量:1

摘要 矿区地质环境治理工程施工中的危险因素复杂多变,且现阶段工程施工安全管理的制度、规定尚不完善,使施工中的安全管理工作难度增大,急需规范化。本文结合潼关金矿区地质环境治理工程项目实践,对潼关金矿区地质环境治理工程的特点进行了总结,并对该工程施工中存在的危险因素进行了详细分析,危险因素主要包括:物体打击、车辆伤害、高处坠落、触电、淹溺、坍塌、机械伤害和其他伤害。根据既有实践,文章针对性地提出了从安全管理目标、安全管理组织体系、安全技防措施、安全管理制度、安全教育培训、施工过程安全管理控制、分包合同及外包队伍管理、应急救援管理等多方面对工程进行全面规范的安全管理控制。实践表明,这些方法确保了项目安全生产,有效遏制了地质环境治理工程施工过程事故的发生,为地质环境治理工程领域建设规范化的安全管理体系提供了有益实践。 Mine geological environmental risk factors are complicated in engineering construction,and at the present stage the law of engineering construction safety management system is not perfect,making the construction process of safety management work harder,it is badly in need of standardization. Combining with the tongguan gold mine geological environment management practice of the project,the characteristics of tongguan gold mine geological environmental control engineering are summarized. And the risk factors existing in the construction are analyzed in detail. The risk factors include the object hit,vehicle damage,fall,get an electric shock,drowning,collapse,mechanical damage and other damage. At the same time,this article proposed that from safety management objectives,organization system of safety management,safety management system,Security dimension measure,safety education and training,safety management of construction process control,the subcontract and outsourcing team management,sensors and actuators,emergency rescue management,etc a comprehensive standardized safety management control should be conducted. Practice shows that these methods ensure the project safety production,effectively curb the geological environmental control engineering construction process,and provides a useful practice for the geological environmental control engineering construction standardization of safety management system.
