Meta Analysis of Ironing Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的:评价中医熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:通过计算机检索的方式,对维普、CBM、CNKI、万方、Pubmed等数据库有关中医熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的相关RCT文献进行质量评价,两人独立提取研究资料,应用Rev Man 5.3软件进行资料分析,并应用漏斗图表示发表性偏倚。结果:严格按照纳入标准、排除标准对所检索文献进行筛选,共纳入15篇文献,纳入病例2120例。经Meta分析数据显示,中医熨法或结合传统疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症在总有效率方面与对照方案相比有明显优势。结论:中医熨法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,且中医熨法或联合传统疗法在总有效率上优于传统疗法、西药、中成药。

Objective：To analyze the clinical efficacy of the ironing therapy of TCM in treatment for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods：Evaluating RCT literatures about ironing therapy of TCM in treating lumbar muscle strain from VIP,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang and Pubmed database by computer,and two people extract research data by themselves. Meta-analysis were performed using Rev Man 5.3 software,and funnel polt is applied to demonstrate the publication bias. Results：A total of 15 literatures and 2120 cases were selected by using inclusion and exclusion criteria strictly. And meta analysis of the data showed that TCM ironing therapy or combined with traditional therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in effective rate has obvious advantages compared with control group. Conclusion：Ironing therapy of TCM or in combination with traditional therapy in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion has definite effect,and which in effective rate is better than traditional therapy or drug therapy or chinese patent drug.
