摘要
目的:观察两种不同针刺方法对2型糖尿病大鼠血浆中胰高血糖素样肽-1水平的影响,探讨针刺治疗2型糖尿病的机制。方法:选用造模成功的2型糖尿病大鼠随机分为模型组、针刺组、皮内针组、罗格列酮组;同系非糖尿病大鼠作为空白组。针刺组和皮内针组大鼠取内庭、足三里、胰俞穴,其中针刺组结合电针治疗,药物组给予罗格列酮灌胃治疗。结果:各治疗组大鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素、抵抗素水平均低于模型组(P<0.01),但均高于空白组(P<0.01,P<0.05);GLP-1、胰岛素分泌指数、胰岛素敏感指数均高于模型组(P<0.01),但针刺组低于空白组(P<0.01),而药物组、皮内针组与空白组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:针刺疗法可以有效提高GLP-1水平,可能因此而改善胰岛β细胞功能障碍,达到治疗糖尿病的目的。
Objective:To observe the effect of two different acupuncture methods on the levels of glucagon like peptide-1 in plasma of type 2 diabetic rats,and to explore the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for type 2 diabetes. Methods:The successful model of type 2 diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group,acupuncture treatment group,intradermal needle treatment group,rosiglitazone treatment group;non-diabetic syngeneic SD rats as normal control group. Acupuncture group and intradermal needle group rats select acupoints:Neiting(ST44),Zusanli(ST36)and Shenshu(BL23),which acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment,the group of drugs given rosiglitazone gavage treatment. Results:Fasting glucose,insulin,resistin levels of each treatment group rats were lower than the model group(P〈0.01),but were higher than normal group(P〈0.01,P〈0.05);GLP-1,insulin secretion index,insulin sensitivity index were higher than model group(P〈0.01),but the acupuncture group was lower than the control group(P〈0.01),while the difference between the drug group,intradermal acupuncture group and the control group was not significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture can effectively improve the level of GLP-1,so as to improve the dysfunction of pancreatic beta cells and to achieve the purpose of treatment of diabetes.
