肖长江教授治疗心脏神经症遣方用药规律相关研究

Related Research of Professor XIAO Changjiang's Law on Treating Cardiac Neurosis

目的:归纳总结肖长江教授诊疗心脏神经症的临床用药经验并探讨其治疗心脏神经症的遣方用药规律,初步总结肖长江教授在临床上辨证论治心脏神经症的学术思想。方法:收集并整理肖长江教授在临床上用于治疗心脏神经症的处方,排错之后建立标准的数据库,在建立数据库的基础上采用Clementine 12.0进行辨证用药关联规则分析,以得到肖长江教授关于心脏神经症的用药经验(规律),并运用SPSS 19.0针对处方数据库中所用的药物进行聚类分析;根据统计分析结果总结肖长江教授治疗心脏神经症的用药规律。结果:通过对肖长江教授治疗心脏神经症的65份门诊病历处方进行分析,总用药频次为1132次,共使用45味药,17味核心药物,占总用药频次的74.03%,进行统计分析后获得用药规律(模式)26条(其中对药模式条22条、3味药模式4条)。结论:肖长江教授治疗心脏神经症在继承中医传统的基础上加以创新,治疗原则以理气补血、疏调情志为主,取法化痰通络,疏肝解郁,养血安神等。同时也通过辨证论治兼顾正虚,肖长江教授在治疗心脏神经症时提倡衷中参西,经常采取独创的"双心疗法"治疗本病。笔者通过对肖长江教授治疗心脏神经症的遣方用药规律及其对心脏神经症的研究进展两个方面来总结其临床经验和用药规律。

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Professor XIAO Changjiang in treatment of cardiac neurosis and explore the treatment of cardiac neurosis rules of prescriptions,a preliminary summary of Professor XIAO Changjiang in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of cardiac neurosis. Methods：To collect and collate the academic thought of Professor XIAO Changjiang in the clinic for the treatment of cardiac neurosis prescription,standard database after debugging,on the basis of thedatabase using Clementine 12.0 to analyze the dialectical medication association rules,in order to get the experience of Professor XIAO Changjiang on the treatment of cardiac neurosis（law）,and the clustering analysis was conducted with 19 prescriptions for the drug SPSS database used;according to the statistical analysis results drug law professor XIAO Changjiang in the treatment of cardiac neurosis. Results：Through 55 outpatient prescriptions of Professor XIAO Changjiang in the treatment of cardiac neurosis were analyzed,the total medication frequency of 1132 times,a total of 45 herbs,17 kinds of core drugs,the total frequency of use of 77.03% drug laws obtained after statistical analysis（mode）26（of which 22 medicine mode,3 medicine mode 4）. Conclusion：Professor XIAO Changjiang innovative in the treatment of cardiac neurosis based on the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment principle by regulating the flow of Qi and blood,regulate emotion,take the method of eliminating phlegm and freeing channels,dispersing stagnated liver Qi for relieving Qi stagnation,nourishing the blood and tranquilization. Also,through syndrome differentiation is the deficiency of both,Professor XIAO Changjiang advocated full participation in the West in the treatment of cardiac neurosis,often take the original＂double heart therapy＂the treatment of this disease. The two aspects of the rules of prescriptions of Professor XIAO Changjiang in the treatment of cardiac neurosis and its research progress on cardiac neurosis to summarize the clinical experience and drug laws.
