利复牛新品系及杂交利用屠宰性能测定试验初报

Preliminary report of the test on slaughter performance of the Li Fu-Cattle new beef line

利复牛是辽宁省畜牧业经济管理站(辽宁省牛育种中心)利用复州牛主产区——大连地区的优秀利木赞与复州牛的杂种牛群资源,正在培育的肉牛新品系。本试验旨在测试新品系牛的产肉性能,同时为选择新品系牛杂交利用父本品种提供依据。经试验测试,利复牛的22月龄宰前活重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体产肉率、高档肉率、优质肉率依次为634±38.12 kg、57.63%±2.43%、48.91%±3.01%、84.88%±4.11%、19.59%±1.66%、61.47%±1.65%,其中屠宰率、净肉率、优质肉率、后部肉率指标优于和利复牛、夏利复牛2个杂交组合。在与夏洛莱牛、和牛2个父本杂交后,与夏洛莱牛杂交后代的屠宰性能优于与和牛杂交后代的屠宰性能。

LiFu-Cattle is a new beef line which was bred by crossing of FuZhou Cattle in DaLian of Liaoning Province and Limousin. The test is designed to test the performance of the new beef line, and select the male parent varieties. The result shows that the main slaughter performance index of LiFu Cattle at 22 mouths： slaughter weight, slaughter rate, net meat rate, carcass meat rate, high-grade meat rate, quality meat rate were 634±38.12 kg, 57.63%±2.43%, 48.91%±3.01%, 84.88%±4.11%, 19.59%± 1.66%, 61.47%± 1.65% in turn, slaughter rate, net meat rate, high-grade meat rate, quality meat rate were superior to the 2 cross combinations. For two hybrid combina- tions, the slaughter performance index of Xia-LiFu is better than that of He-LiFu.
