摘要
胆固醇作为动物机体中广泛存在的一种固醇类化合物,是动物组织细胞不可缺少的物质。胆固醇不仅是细胞膜的重要组成成分,而且又参与类固醇激素及维生素D等的合成,且转化成一些具有生理活性物质。而动物体内胆固醇水平的调节是一个非常复杂的过程,本文将从机体胆固醇的摄取、生物合成、转运等调控机制作以综述。
Cholesterol as a steroid compounds exists widely in animal body, and it was an indis- pensable material in animal tissues and cells. Cholesterol is not only an important component of the cell membrane, but also participate in the synthesis of the steroid hormones and the vitamin D, and it will translated into many physiological active substances. The regulation of cholesterol level is a very complex process in the Organism, this paper will be from the cholesterol in- take, biosynthesis, transport and other regulatory mechanisms to produce a review.
