丝绸之路经济带框架下新疆外向型经济发展的金融支持

Financial support to Xinjiang Export-oriented Economic Development under the Framework of the Silk Road Economic Belt

丝绸之路经济带战略,使新疆由内陆洼地转变为中国外向型经济发展的桥头堡。此背景下,发挥金融在外向型经济发展中的助推剂作用,发展新疆外向型经济,支持一带一路建设尤显重要。本文对新疆金融与外向型经济发展的关系做出实证研究,通过对新疆金融发展、外向型经济发展水平的测定,找出金融支持外向型经济发展过程中存在的问题,提出金融支持新疆外向型经济发展的对策建议。

The strategy of Silk Road Economic Belt has shifted Xinjiang from the inland billabong to the bridgehead of China＇ s opening economy. In this context, it is important for finance as the propellant to play the role in the development of the export-oriented economy, and to develop the export-oriented economy of Xinjiang and to support the construction of the Belt and Road. The paper makes an empirical study on the relationship between Xinjiang＇ s finance and the development of the export-oriented economy. By measuring the level of the fmancial development and the export-oriented economy in Xinjiang, the paper finds out the problems exist- ing in the process of the financial support to the development of the export-oriented economy, and puts forward countermeasures on the financial support to the development of export-oriented economy in Xinjiang.
