摘要
高校教学秘书队伍是高校的教学管理的重要纽带,教学秘书发挥着举足轻重的作用,但在繁重的工作下而产生的对职业的倦怠一定程度上影响了教学管理的质量和教学秘书自身的身心健康。本文从主观和客观层面研究对策,缓解教学秘书的职业倦怠感,使其从工作中真正找到归属感和成就感,从而提高工作质量,提高职业声望。
The teaching secretary team is an important link of teaching management in higher colleges, teaching secretary plays a decisive role, but under the hard work of professional tiredness, to some extent, it affects the quality of the teaching management and teaching secretary's own physical and mental health. Countermeasures from the aspects of subjective and objective research, we should alleviate the teaching secretary's job tiredness feeling and make it really to be a sense of belonging and achievement from work so as to improve the quality of work, enhance the occupational prestige.
