高职学生学习倦怠成为影响制约高职教育发展的一个突出现象,社会要积极营造重视职业教育的氛围,加大对职业教育扶持力度;学校要自觉提升自身吸引力,改善教学硬件设施,抓班风学风、校园文化、教师队伍建设;要重视家校教育合作,家庭要积极营造良好的教育氛围;要从学生内因出发,重视思想引领,提升心理教育效能,强化职业前景教育,树立正确的职业观等。

As the prominent phenomenon, the learning burnout of higher vocational students has restricted the development of higher vocational education. Therefore, as far as the society is concerned, more attention should be paid and more support should be offered as well to vocational education. The school, however, should enhance its ownattraction, improve the teaching hardware facilities and build the class atmosphere and the style of study as well, set up campus culture and construct the teaching staff. Meanwhile, home -school cooperation should be valued and good educational atmosphere can be created at home. Internal factors of students should be put into consideration, and their thoughts can be guided. In this way can the effectiveness of psychological education be enhanced, career education intensified and theright professional idea created.
