摘要
研究了金在树脂相表面吸附、发光行为、实验方法、仪器装置和仪器工作参数 ,建立了金的在线分离、富集发光检测新方法。pH值小于 1的含金试样 ,通过装有 71 7阴离子交换树脂柱后 ,金被定量吸附 ,通以碱性鲁米诺溶液 ,产生定量化学发光信号 ,方法的线性范围为 0~0 .2 0 0mg/L ,检出限为 0 .0 0 3mg/L。结合金矿石国家二级标准物质分析验证 ,结果与标准值无显著性差异 ,RSD(n =1 0 )为 2 .0 %。
In this paper the chemiluminescence reaction of gold absorbed on the surface of anion exchange resin(717 #) was studied .The method for the determination of gold based on this chemiluminescence reaction was established. The dynamic linear range of the determination is 0~0.200 mg/L with detection limit of 0.003?mg/L for gold. The method has been applied to the determination of gold in standard gold ores. The results are in agreement with certified values with precision of 2% RSD ( n =10).
