经脐单孔腹腔镜与传统三孔腹腔镜治疗精索静脉曲张的临床分析

目的用经脐单孔腹腔镜和传统三孔腹腔镜两种方法对精索静脉曲张进行手术治疗，比较两种不同术式的疗效。方法选取精索静脉曲张患者53例，使用两种不同手术方式治疗，经脐单孔腹腔镜组20例，传统三孔腹腔镜组33例，比较两种不同术式的治疗效果。结果经脐单孔腹腔镜手术组和传统三孔腹腔镜手术组两者在手术时间、住院时间及手术费用等方面比较无明显差异（P〉0．05）；两组患者术后无严重并发症发生，两组患者精子质量均显著改善，无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论两种术式治疗精索静脉曲张均安全有效。经脐单孔腹腔镜手术具有手术切口美观、创伤小的优点，技术熟练后可常规开展。

Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic and traditional three-port laparoscopic in treatment of varicocele. Methods 53 patients with varicocele were selected and divided into two different treatment groups. 20 cases were in transumbilical single-port laparoseopic group and 33 cases were in traditional three-port laparoscopic group. The therapeutic effect of all patients was summarized and compared. Results There were not significant difference in operation time, hospital stay and hospitalization costs among two group （ P〉0.05 ） . The improve of sperm quality of two groups had no significant different （ P〉0.05 ） . All operation results were fine, with no serious complications. Conclusions Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic has the same curative effect as traditional three-port laparoscopic in treatment of varicocele. The single-port laparoseopic techniques show more advantages on minimally invasive and artistic aspect over the three-port techniques.
