解剖性后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术后并发症分析及护理

目的探讨解剖性后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术后并发症的原因及护理措施。方法回顾185例患者临床资料，分析解剖性后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术后常见并发症的原因及护理要点。结果本组185倒，均成功完成手术，8例发生术后并发症，经治疗护理后恢复良好，均治愈出院。结论术后密切观察病情，早期发现并及时处理相关并发症，可以减少术后并发症发生，提高手术疗效，促进患者早日康复。

Objective To investigate the causes and nursing measures of postoperative complications after anatomical retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy. Methods The clinical data of 185 patients were retrospected, and the causes and nursing measures of common complications after anatomical retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy were analyzed. Results All of the 185 cases were successfully completed with th operation, there were 8 cases with postoperative complications and they were all cured after treatment and nursing. Conclusion Close observation of the disease, early detection and timely treatment of related complications after the operation could reduce postoperative complications, improve the operation effect and promote the early recovery of patients.
