探析我国出台网络安全审查制度的价值

为了应对错综复杂的国际安全局势,完善我国网络安全法律、制度的需要,出台网络安全审查制度对我国都是意义重大的举措。文章首先介绍了网络安全审查制度出台的背景和发展过程,然后从三个方面论述了其对我国的重要意义:网络安全审查制度有助于应对国际形势、建设网络强国,有助于维护国家安全和社会稳定,有助于健全我国法律和制度体系、保障多方权利和利益。

It is of great significance for China to establish censorship system of cyber security to cope with complicated international security situation. It is a requirement of completing China ＇s laws and systems of cyber security. The background and development process of this system are introduced in this paper first and then the significance of this system is argued. This system is helpful to deal with the international situation and to construct a powerful network country. It is also good for state security and social stability. It contributes to a complete law system in China. This will protect people＇s right and interest well.
