幼儿教师心理素质探析

The Kindergarten Teacher's Psychological Quality

幼儿教师在学前教育中必须拥有足够的健康心理素质,才能对幼儿的身心健康发展起到积极的影响作用,这也是幼儿教育高效化的重要保证。文章通过对幼儿教师应具备的心理素质,以及对其心理素质培养等方面进行了分析,并提出了加强幼儿教师心理素质的重要性研究和健康心理素质养成研究的建议。

Kindergarten teachers should have strong psychological quality due to the character of pre-school education,which will play positive role for children＇s mental health.This is also a guaranty for pre-school education efficiency. The psychological quality that kindergarten teachers should have is discussed and the way to develop these qualities are analyzed. It is proposed to encourage the research work on kindergarten teacher＇s psychological quality and the study on the quality development.
