摘要
针对核桃峪井田处于华池、洛河组承压水汇集区,岩体结构疏松,措施立井掘井导致井田内涌水不断加大,在第一注浆段采用化学浆液注浆,前期效果较好,但成井后井壁淋水明显增大,给掘进施工带来困难。因而在第二施工段(-452.5^-492.5 m)采用超细硅酸盐水泥辅以化学浆进行预注浆堵水。工程实践结果表明,注浆堵水后,井壁无明显涌水或喷射点,注浆堵水效果好,掘进能够顺利通过含水层,为类似工程防治水提供了可借鉴的经验。
This paper focuses on Hetaoyu Coal Lying in Huachi ,Luohe confined water collection area, loosing rock structure, resulted in constantly increasing gushing in the tunneling process of stepping shaft. In the first grouting section, chemical grouting was adopted, and the better preliminary effect, After the formation of wellbore, the water poured into the stepping shaft has obviously increased, which bringed difficulties to the tunneling construction. In - 452.5 - - 492.5 m grouting section, it was succeed that mining technical staff utilized pre - grouting Technology by superfine portland cement and chemical grouting. Engineering practice resuhs showed that no obvious wall gushing or injection point after Grouting, the effect of grouting was good. It provided a reference experience for similar en- gineering control of water.
