摘要
采用气相色谱和气质联用(GC/MS)分析技术,建立了路用煤沥青水浸出液中多环芳烃(PAHs)成分和含量的分析方法。对60℃下搅拌2 h的煤沥青水浸出液进行了液液萃取-GC/MS分析,确定了浸出物的主要成分;并在实验条件下对影响PAHs浸出的主要因素(如溶解温度、溶解时间、样品用量、溶液pH)进行了研究。结果表明:煤沥青水浸出物主要为四环以下杂环芳烃,且多为含氮杂环芳烃,溶解2 h时接近平衡,温度越高浸出量越大,在30℃下,水中PAHs的浓度最大能达到122.92μg/L,60℃下,水中PAHs的浓度可达382.35μg/L;酸性条件能够增强煤沥青中多环芳烃的析出,且酸度越大,浸出量越多。
To determine PAHs content and other soluble components in water from road-paving coal tar pitch, an analytical method based on GC and GC/MS has been developed. Main components of the sample dissolved in water for 2 h at 60 ℃were determined; the effects of temperature, dissolving time, dosage of samples and pH on dissolution were investigated. The results indicate that most water soluble components are heterocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with lower 4-rings, especially most of them are nitrogen aromatic hydrocarbons. Temperature is a favorable factor for dissolving CTP in water; 2 h is enough time for dissolving completely. The concentration of PAHs in water can reach 122.92 μg/L at 30 ℃ and 382.35 μg/L at 60 ℃. Acidic conditions can enhance the solubility, and the lower water pH, the higher the dissolving rate.
