太极拳对老年慢性充血性心力衰竭伴抑郁状态患者抑郁状态、睡眠质量和生活质量的改善作用

Effect of Tai Chi on improvement of depression,sleeping quality and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure complicated with depression

目的探讨太极拳改善老年慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)伴抑郁状态患者抑郁状态、睡眠质量和生活质量的效果。方法选取60例老年CHF伴抑郁状态患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均给予常规抗抑郁治疗,观察组同时进行太极拳练习,两组均治疗12周。于治疗前及治疗12周后对两组患者采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHF)进行评估。结果治疗12周后,两组HAMD、PSQI、MLHF评分均较前降低(P<0.05),观察组以上评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论太极拳结合常规治疗对于改善老年CHF伴抑郁状态患者抑郁状态、睡眠质量和生活质量的效果优于单纯常规治疗。

Objective To explore the effect of Tai Chi on improvement of depression, sleeping quality and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure（CHF） complicated with depression. Methods Sixty elderly CHF patients complicated with depressive were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given conventional antidepressant treatment. The observation group received Tai Chi practicing at the same time. The therapeutic duration was 12 weeks in both groups. The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale （ HAMD ） , Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire（MLHF） were used to assess all patients before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment. Results In both groups, the scores after 12 weeks of treatment decreased compared to those before treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Tai Chi combined with routine treatment is superior to that of routine treatment alone for improving depression, sleep quality and quality of life in elderly patients with CHF combined with depression.
