Through the literature and the related clinical data collection,it discussed the ideas of syndrome differentiation along with the conditions and the current clinical guiding significance. Flexible use of syndrome differentiation along with the conditions at different times in different tumor diseases can achieve good treatment effect. The key is to follow its Zang - Fu organs and the assurance of timely treatment, so as to realize the aim of treatment for improving the occasion.
