摘要
目的:研究射干清咳片对急性支气管炎患者血清Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:分析了2015年2月—6月辽宁中医药大学附属第二医院呼吸科、急诊科收治的25例患者的临床资料。采用Legend Plex多因子定量分析法(BioLegend LEGENDplexTM)分别检测25例患者给药前(A组)、给药后(B组)血清细胞因子的表达水平。结果:给药前后两组患者的IL-4、IFN-γ水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射干清咳片治疗急性支气管炎,可能与Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡有关。
Objective ：To study the influence on the cytokines of Th1/Th2 in serum of the patients with acute bronchitis of Shegan Qingke Tablet. Methods： The clinical data of 25 patients, collected from February to June in 2015 of pneumology and emergency departments of Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine i was analyzed. Legend Plex multi factor quantitative analysis method was used to assay the expression level of cytokines in serum of the patients before（ Group A） and after （ Group B） treatment. Results ：The expression levels of IL - 4 and IFN - γof the two groups＇ patients showed statistical significance. Conclusion ：The treatment effect on acute bronchitis of Shegan Qingke Tablet was possibly related to the balance of Th1/Th2.
