摘要 目的:探讨规范化疼痛教育在腹部疾病手术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法:将120例腹部疾病手术患者随机分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组实施常规疼痛教育,研究组实施规范化疼痛教育,比较两组疼痛教育效果。结果:研究组术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者对三阶梯镇痛药物需求情况比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.319 8);研究组使用镇痛药物后1、2 h镇痛效果优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者对术后镇痛满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:规范化疼痛教育能提高腹部疾病术后患者的疼痛控制效果。 Objective:To explore the application method and effect of standardized pain education in patients with abdominal diseases. Methods :A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,60 in each group. The control group re- ceived routine pain education,while the study group received standardized pain education, and the effects of two groups' pain education were compared. Results : The visual analogue score (VAS) in study group was lower than that in the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference between two groups on the three ladder analgesic demand( P = 0. 319 8 ). The analgesic effect after taking it 1 and 2 h in the study group was better than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ), and the postoperative analgesia satisfaction was higher than that in the control group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The standardized pain education can improve the pain control effect of postoperative patients with abdominal diseases.
