人参皂苷对小鼠抗疲劳的作用研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探究人参皂苷应用于小鼠抗疲劳的效果。方法:将雄性小鼠80只随机分为对照组20只、人参皂苷组60只;根据人参皂苷使用剂量又分为3.2g/kg组、1.6g/kg组、0.8g/kg组,各20只。对比各组负重游泳时间、血清生化指标和肝脏生化指标情况。结果:3.2g/kg组小鼠负重游泳时间明显长于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);各人参皂苷组小鼠BUN水平均低于对照组,LDH水平均高于对照组,3.2g/kg组小鼠BLA、CK指标低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);各人参皂苷组小鼠肝糖原水平均高于对照组,MDA水平均低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷可降低小鼠运动疲劳后血清尿素氮蓄积体内,提高体内肝糖原水平,从而有效起到抗疲劳作用。 Objective: To study clinical efficacy of ginsenoside on anti-fatigue in mice. Methods: 80 cases were divided into the control group (20 cases) and the ginsenoside group (60 cases). Then the ginsenoside group was divided into 3 groups according to dose, 20 cases in each group. Results: Load swimming time in the 3.2g/kg group was longer than that in the control group (P〈0.05). BUN was lower, and LDH was higher in the ginsenoside group. BLA and CK in the 3.2g/kg group were lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Glycogen was higher; and MDA was lower in the ginsenoside group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Ginsenoside can reduce BUN after fatigue from exercise in mice, improve glycogen, and is effective on anti-fatigue.
