化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期临床疗效观察分析

Effective observation on treating stroke in the acute phase with the Huatan Tongfu decoction

目的:探讨化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年1月-2013年2月收治的中风急性期患者共96例,随机分为观察组以及对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予化痰通腑汤,观察两组患者的治疗效果以及症状评分。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为91.7%,对照组为64.6%,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后临床症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通腑汤治疗中风急性期有着良好的临床疗效,能够有效改善临床症状,值得临床推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of the Huatan Tongfu decoction on stroke in acute phase were investigated. Methods： 96 cases in our hospital were selected and randomized into the observation group and the control group, 48 cases in each. The control group was given conventional treatment; the observation group took the Huatan Tongfu decoction more. Clinical efficacy and symptom scores in groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was 91.7%, better than 64.6% in the control group, with a Significantly statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Clinical symptom scores in the observation group was better too （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huatan Tongfu decoction on acute phase of stroke was obviously effective, could improve clinical syndromes, and was worthy of promotion.
