早期康复治疗对脑卒中患者肢体功能恢复的影响

The influence of early rehabilitation on motor function in patients with stroke

目的:探究早期康复治疗和护理对脑卒中患者肢体功能的影响和效果。方法:选取我院于2014年9月-2015年3月收治的脑卒中患者56例,根据患者入院时间分为对照组和观察组,均28例,两组患者均行临床常规治疗,于此基础上,对照组患者采用常规病房护理,观察组患者采用早期康复治疗和护理。观察比较治疗前后两组患者肢体运动功能和日常生活能力情况。结果:治疗后两组患者的Fugl-Meyer评分和Barthel指数评分与治疗前相比均显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),数据比较存在明显统计学差异。结论:脑卒中患者采用早期康复治疗和护理,可有效改善患者肢体运动功能,提高日常生活能力,降低患者致残率,治疗和护理效果良好,应用价值高,值得临床推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of early rehabilitation and nursing on motor function in patients with stroke were investigated. Methods： 56 patients in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group, 28 cases in each. Both groups were given conventional treatment. Moreover, the control group received conventional ward nursing; the observation group took early rehabilitation plus nursing. Limb motor function and activities of daily living in groups were observed. Results： Fugl-Meyer scores and Barthel indexes in groups were obviously improved compared with before, and those in the observation group was better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Early rehabilitation plus nursing on stroke could significantly improve motor function and activities of daily living, reduce disability, with good effects and high application value, and was worthy of promotion.
