小陷胸汤合葛根芩连汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

Effective observation on treating type 2 diabetes with the Xiaoxianxiong decoction plus the Ge'gen Qinlian decoction

目的:对小陷胸汤合葛根芩连汤加减治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果进行研究。方法:选取我院收治的64例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组患者单纯服用葛根芩连汤加减进行治疗,观察组在此基础上添加小陷胸汤加减联合治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者FBG、PBG、Hb Alc较治疗前均有所改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗后的不良反应包括恶心呕吐、头痛、腹泻、低血糖的发生率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用小陷胸汤合葛根芩连汤加减治疗2型糖尿病患者的临床效果非常显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of the Xiaoxianxiong decoction plus the Ge＇gen Qinlian decoction on type 2 diabetes were researched. Methods： 64 patients were randomized into the control group and the observed group, 32 cases for each. The control group took the Ge＇gen Qinlian decoction barely. The observed group was given the Xiaoxianxiong decoction more. Results： FBG, PBG, HbAlc in groups were improved than before （P〈0.05）; and those in the observed group was better （P〈0.05）. The differences of nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, the incidence of hypoglycemia and other adverse reactions in groups were not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiaoxianxiong decoction plus the Ge＇gen Qinlian decoction was markedly effective on type 2 diabetes, and was worthy of promotion.
