穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤治疗胃肠功能紊乱96例

Treating 96 cases of gastrointestinal disturbances by acupoint injection plus the Banxia Xiexin decoction

目的:探讨穴位注射联合半夏泻心汤治疗胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效。方法:以2013年12月-2015年12月我院门诊收治的96例胃肠功能紊乱者为研究对象,并将其随机分成两组,各48例。对照组给予常规治疗,实验组给予穴位注射、半夏泻心汤联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效。结果:1治疗期间,实验组嗳气症状减轻平均用时(24.13±8.07)h,腹胀减轻平均用时(36.92±10.30)h,腹部隐痛消失平均用时(18.42±5.17)h,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2实验组治疗显效34例,有效12例,无效2例,显效率为70.83%,总有效率为95.83%,显效率和总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:足三里、中脘、天枢穴位注射和半夏泻心汤联合治疗胃肠功能紊乱疗效显著,且患者无明显不良反应,应用安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective： Clinical effects of acupoint injection plus the B anxia Xiexin decoction were investigated. Methods： 96 patients were randomized into 2 groups, 48 cases for each. The control group was given conventional treatment; the test group received acupoint injection plus the Banxia Xiexin decoction. Results： In the test group, belching symptom relief time was （24.13± 8.07） h; bloating reduced time was （36.92±10.30） h; abdominal dull pain disappeared time was （18.42±5.17） h, all better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In the test group, 34 cases were obviously effective; 12 cases were effective; 2 cases were invalid; the obvious efficiency was 70.83%; and the total efficiency was 95.83%, both significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupoint injection at Zusanli, Zhongwan and Tianshu points plus the Banxia Xiexin decoction was obviously effective, with no obviously adverse reaction, was safe and worthy of application.
