摘要
目的:观察中药肾康注射液治疗糖尿病肾病30例的临床效果。方法:将60例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。两组均给予控制饮食、血糖、血压等基础治疗;治疗组另给予肾康注射液。结果:两组治疗2周后24h尿蛋白定量较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肾康注射液可提高糖尿病肾病患者临床疗效,改善肾功能。
Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Shenkang injection on 60 cases of diabetic nephropathy. Methods： All patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. Two groups were given basic treatment, including diet, blood sugar, blood pressure, etc.; and the treatment group was given the Shenkang injection more. Results： In 2 weeks, 24h ttrine protein in two groups were decreased, and in the treatment group was decreased more （P〈0.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Shenkang injection on diabetic nephropathy could improve clinical efficacy and renal function.
