108例早产儿早期血钠降低与脑损伤相关性的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察早产儿早期血钠降低与脑损伤的相关性。方法:早产儿出生后6~24h内股静脉采血2m L,送检化验室,测血清钠。入院48~72h后常规做颅脑磁共振(MRI)。结果:108例早产儿中98例患儿24h内血清钠值降低,其中92例MRI均提示有不同程度的脑损伤。结论:早产儿早期血钠降低与早产儿脑损伤呈正相关。 Objective: To observe the relationship between hyponatremia in early stage and brain damage. Methods: After bored 6 - 24h, blood in vein for 2mL was taken in premature infants, and sent to laboratory to measure serum sodium. After admission 48 - 72h, MRI was given to the premature infants. Results: In 108 premature infants, serum sodium was decreased in 98 patients within 24h; 92 cases showed different degrees of brain damage. Conclusion: There was a positive correlation between hyponatremia in early stage and brain damage.
