摘要
本文对填充氧化铈的硫化天然橡胶在80℃、90℃、100℃下进行高温老化,并对其进行单轴拉伸试验,以扯断伸长率变化值作为性能指标,利用Arrhenius方程进行贮存寿命预测。结果显示,三种橡胶材料的应力-应变曲线都呈现出非线性的关系,且氧化铈的加入使得硫化天然橡胶的扯断伸长率和拉伸强度都得到不同程度的提高;氧化铈可以提高硫化天然橡胶的贮存寿命。
In this paper,cerium oxide filled vulcanized natural rubber at 80℃,90℃,100℃ were aged under the high temperature aging,then subjected to uniaxial tensile test.The storage life was predicted according to Arrhenius equation by the change value of elongation at break as a performance index.The results show that the stress-strain curve has emerged as a non-linear relationship of three rubber material,and cerium oxide makes elongation at break and tensile strength have been improved to varying degrees of vulcanized natural rubber;the storage life was improved by cerium oxide filled vulcanized natural rubber.
