摘要
在超快冷设备中引进防水锤的设计和控制方法,对超快冷设备的供水管路进行设计,采用管路的变径处理,增加供水系统调节流量阀门和使用金属软管连接,并且通过改变控制方法的办法,达到有效减少和防止水锤的目的。通过Fluent仿真模拟可以得出管路变径设计后的水流速会稳定增加很多。
The water hammer phenomena in ultra-fast cooling equipment can be effectively reduced and prevented with measures in design and control: designing the water-feeding pipeline,adopting reducing section treatment,adding flow regulating valve in water-feeding system and use metal flexible tube to connect,changing control method. In Fluent simulation,the water flow speed would be found much more higher with pipeline reducing section design.
