摘要
介绍了宣钢1#2 500 m^3高炉2013年3月份小修开炉后,通过对上、下部制度的不断优化、烧结矿性能的改善、低硅冶炼技术的应用等措施,保持了炉况长期稳定顺行的操作要求。优化后的1#高炉燃料比有较大幅度的降低,各项技术经济指标改善明显。
It is introduced that after current repair in March,2013,the condition of 2 500 m^3 blast furnace 1is kept in a long-time stabilized smooth operation with measures： continuously optimizing the upper and lower department systems,improving performance of sinter,applying low-silicon smelting technique. After optimization,its fuel ration reduced to a great extent,all technical and economic indexes extinguished improved.
