摘要
介绍了高炉煤气三环缝洗涤塔的设备组成及工艺流程,分析了排水漏斗处积灰原因,并给出了改进措施。在高炉休风过程中,通过采取手动开启洗涤塔阀门2与阀门1开度联动操作,通氮气置换煤气保洗涤塔正压,改先停水后断气为先断气后停水操作,在漏斗底部增加格栅等措施,消除了积灰现象,节约了检修费用,保护了环境。
The equipment composition and process flow of three-girth-welding washing tower for blast furnace gas are introduced,the reason of ash accumulating at water-drain funnel analyzed,some improving measures offered. In delay of blast furnace,adopting manual opening the united operation between valve 1and 2 to control their open degrees,through nitrogen to replace gas to keep the positive pressure in washing tower,changing the order as cutting gas first and then stop water,adding screen on the bottom of funnel,the ash accumulation is eliminated,check cost saved,environment protected.
