摘要
针对钒钛矿高炉渣铁黏度大、流动性差、渣铁分离不好等缺点,对贮铁式主沟进行了优化改造,降低了主沟浇注用耐材消耗及铁损。详细介绍了新型贮铁式主沟的结构、尺寸和具体实施过程,并对其工作流程进行了描述。新型贮铁式主沟具有浇注料用量少、施工方便、结构合理、使用寿命长的特点,对同行具有借鉴意义。
Against to the shortcomings: slag and hot metal having large viscosity,bad flow ability and hard to be separated in the blast furnace to smelt vanadium titano-magnetite,its iron-storing sow is reformed for optimization,and the refractory material consumption and iron loss for sow casting are reduced. The structure,size and concrete construction procedure of the new-type iron-storing sow are introduced in detail,its work flow stated. The new sow has characteristics: less casting material used, convenient construction,reasonable structure and long work life,and has a reference significance for others in the same situation.
