摘要
介绍了某化工企业提钒生产过程中浆料输送工艺,分析了含钒浆料输送过程中几个关键控制点堵塞原因。根据不同种类的浆料的性质以及堵塞杂质的不同,采用了与其相适应的筛分过滤装置进行处理,简单而有效。
The slurry transportation process in vanadium-extracting production in some chemical company is introduced,the reason of blocking at several key points in vanadium-bearing slurry transportation is analyzed. According to the properties of different kinds of slurry and difference of blocking impurities,the different corresponding screening and filtering devices are adopted,simple and effective.
