摘要
介绍了某钢铁企业热风炉烟气的余热资源情况。通过整体规划及优化,对所有高炉热风炉的中低温烟气余热做到了全部合理利用。其中热风总发生量的10%用作喷煤制粉干燥气;采用整体式换热器或分体式换热器来预热助燃空气和煤气均能满足生产需要;利用热风炉烟气余热生产洗浴热水是烟气余热的第三种方式,可根据企业实际情况来选择利用热风炉烟气余热满足不同生产需要。
The waste heat resource situation in exhaust gas of hot blast stove in some iron and steel business is introduced. With comprehensive planning and optimization,the waste heat in medium and low temperature exhaust gas of all of hot blast stoves is fully and reasonably utilized. 10 percent of total hot-blast air quantity is used as dry air in making pow der for coal injection; to adopt integral or split-type heat exchanger to pre-heat combustion-supporting air or gas all can meet the requirement of production; the third method to utilize the waste heat is to produce bath water. Any business can select the different method to utilize the waste heat according to their actual condition.
