摘要
为了符合更加严格的环保要求,对酸再生机组容易出环保事故的关键点进行了分析。以酸再生焙烧炉废气温度、浓缩铁液杂质、酸再生废气HCl水平为重点,分析了故障原因。通过改进设备、调整工艺方法,保证了酸再生机组环保稳定性,并对酸再生的一些改进建议和操作方法进行了详细的介绍。
To meet the more strict environment protection demand,the key points of acid regeneration unit,at which environment protection accidents easily occurs,are analyzed. The reason for accidents is analyzed with follow ings as stresses： waste gas temperature in acid regeneration roasting furnace,impurity in concentrating iron liquid and HCl level in waste gas in acid regeneration. With improving equipment,adjusting process method,the stability of environment protection of the unit gets is guaranteed. Some improving suggestions and operation methods are introduced in detail.
