摘要
综述了近年来关于硅橡胶填充体系的研究进展。主要介绍了白炭黑和硅树脂的补强机理,蒙脱土、碳纳米管、碳纤维及纳米碳酸钙等新兴填充材料对硅橡胶补强的研究进展以及采用双峰分子链交联网络、集中交联效应、拉伸结晶等方式补强硅橡胶。
This paper summerizes the research progress of silicone rubber filled systems in recent years. It is mainly discussed the reinforcement mechanism of silica and silicone resin. And the research progress of new filled materials, like montmorillonite, carbon nanotubes, carbon fiber, and nano-calcium carbonateand to the reinforcement of silicone rubber. The ways of the reinforcement such as the bimodal network, concentrative crosslinking, and the stretch crystallization are also introduced.
