摘要
为合理选定煤样测试过程中损失瓦斯量的计算方法,用自行设计的瓦斯吸附-解吸装置,对紫金煤矿1601工作面煤样进行实测试验。基于钻屑解吸理论,分别用平方根法和幂函数法对损失瓦斯量进行计算和对比分析。采用平方根法计算结果偏低,且误差随吸附压力增大而增大;采用幂函数法计算结果偏高,且误差随吸附压力增大而减小。结果表明,综合考虑煤样现场区域煤层原始瓦斯压力和允许误差范围,紫金煤矿1601工作面应采用幂函数法来计算损失瓦斯量,其相对误差不超过5.41%。
For the purpose of selecting a reasonable method of calculation losing gas quantity during coal sample tests, a self-designed gas adsorption-desorption device was used for carrying out experiments on mine coal sample of No.1601 workface in Zijin coal mine. The losing gas quantity was calculated and analyzed by using both thr square root method and the power function method. Results show that the calculation values are on the low side and error increases with adsorption pressure using the square root method, and the calculation values are on the high side and error decreases with adsorption pressure using the power function method,and that the power function method should be adopted to calculate losing gas quantity for No.1601 workface in Zijin coalmine considering synthetically both original coal seam gas pressure and acceptable relative error range that is less than 5.41%.
