重新审视在学院发展的新时期，我们的教学改革创新内涵、内容和思路。我们办学的目的是为国家、社会、地方培养适用的人才，自古有云：德才兼备。且看‘德’字当先，所以在我们所进行的教学改革中，也应该不忘德才兼顾。教学改革不单是以学生为主要改革对象，不单是以教学计划和大纲为研究对象，不单是以教材和教法为研究对象，教改应该先从教师开始，以学校教学管理制度先行作为基础，否则我们的改革的根基不牢。我们所讨论和进行的教学改革应该是全方位的、相互联动的、相互制约的，自顶向下、逐层推进的，是全体总动员的改革。

Revisit the new period in the development of the Institute,our teaching reform of innovative connotations, content and ideas.Our school goal is for the state, society, local talents train suitable,since ancient times,ability and political integrity.Look at Jde＂ word at the head,therefore, we have conducted education reform of, but also should not forget the moral balance.Teaching is not only based on students as the main object of reform, not only is the teaching plan and outline for the study, not only is the teaching mate- rial and methods for the study, reform should start with the teachers started to school as a basis for teaching management system first, otherwise the foundation of our reforms is not strong. We can discuss and carry out educational reform should be comprehensive, mu- tual interaction and mutual restraint, top-down, layer by layer propulsion, it is reform of of the entire mobilization.
