大学体育教学现状及新模式的应用研究

在新课改的推动下，大学体育课程教学也成为了新形势下向科学及技能培养模式转型的关键，为了扩大高校体育课程教学的影响力，增强大学生的综合素质培养。基于此，本文对大学体育课程教学新模式的实践进行了探讨，首先分析了高校大学体育课程教学模式现状，探讨了其在挖掘学生主观能动性、协调运动精神和运动技能培养方面的缺陷；接着分析了影响大学体育改革的因素，主要有职业运动、纯粹的体育价值观、外界对高校体育教学改革的高期望值等；然后分析了新教学模式的教学效果，主要效果包括有效开发了课程资源、完善了大学体育课程教材建设、加强教科研项目研究等；最后对大学体育课教学新模式进行了思考，包括制定健康全面的教学模式改革目标、优化课程结构、整合教学内容、完善高校大学体育课程教学期末评分模式、增加教学投入、改善教学条件、加强队伍建设、提高整体素质等。
