宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织人乳头瘤病毒分型研究的意义 被引量:11

摘要 目的比较宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型别的分布及其临床意义。方法采用基因扩增结合基因芯片技术对430例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织标本进行23种HPV基因分型检测,并对受检者进行相关资料分析。结果430例宫颈鳞状细胞癌患者检出HPV感染者388例,感染率为90.23%(388/430),其中一型感染率为75.12%(323/430),多型感染率为15.12%(65/430)。结论宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中HPV感染型别前7位出现频率依次为16、18、33、58、59、31、52型,这些型别是致宫颈鳞状细胞癌的主流型别。HPV基因芯片检测技术可适用于宫颈组织标本,一次可检测23种HPV基因型别,对我国女性宫颈鳞状细胞癌HPV感染的防治及其疫苗的研究具有十分重要的意义。 Objective To compare the distributions of human papillomavirus (HPV) genetypes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods Gene amplification combined with gene chip technology was used to detect 23 kinds of HPV genetypes in 430 cases with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the related data of study objects was analyzed. Results The infection rate of HPV was 90. 23% (388/430) ; the infection rates of single genotype infection and multiple genotypes infection were 75.12% (323/430) and 15.12% (65/430), respectively. Conclusion The top seven HPV infection genotypes in cervical squamous cell carcinoma are HPV 16, HPV 18, HPV 33, HPV 58, HPV 59, HPV 31, and HPV 52, which are main genotypes causing cervical squamous cell carcinoma. HPV gene chip technology is suitable for cervical tissue specimens, and it can detect 23 kinds of HPV genetypes for one time, which has very important significance in prevention and treatment of HPV infection in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and research of vaccine.
