摘要
校外教育与校内教育衔接过程中呈现出同质化的现象,削弱了对青少年的发展价值。高品质校内外教育衔接的可能性建立在校外教育独特性的前提上,应针对青少年日常生活中的现实发展需求,在"救失"的基础上引领青少年的高层次发展需求。校外教育独特性的提升,一条可行的现实之路在于以专业队伍建设强校外教育之本,成高品质衔接之事。
When extracurricular education and school education tries to work together, the problem of homogenization usually happens, which weakens their education values to youngsters. To solve this problem, we need to improve the quality anduniqueness of extracurricular education. Extracurricular education should meet young people's developmental needs and also guide their needs to a higher level. Further research into extracurricular education and a team of professionals are significant to the future development of extracurricular education.
