定西市高中生传染病防治素养现状

Health literacy regarding infectious diseases among senior high school students in Dingxi City of Gansu Province

摘要 目的了解高中生传染病防治素养状况,为开展有针对性的学校健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法于2014年9月,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,在定西市随机抽取2个县区4所高中1 000名高一学生,采用"公众传染病防治素养水平测试问卷"进行调查。结果高中生传染病防治素养总分为(41.32±11.8)分,不同地区不同性别之间得分差异无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);高中生传染病防治意识和观念、知识、行为决策能力、技能、获取和理解信息能力等5个维度得分分别为(5.12±0.84)(21.9±8.3)(7.14±3.06)(2.23±1.79)(4.94±2.66)分;不同性别技能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他各维度得分差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05);高中生传染病防治素养处于高水平的占25.1%,意识和观念、知识、行为、技能、获取和理解信息能力等5个维度处于高水平的分别占78.3%,25.0%,32.8%,39.6%和26.8%。意识和观念、知识、行为决策能力、技能、获取和理解信息能力等5个维度相关问题答对率分别为93.0%,51.1%,62.8%,31.2%和58.0%。结论定西市高中生传染病防治素养水平较低。应加大学校传染病防治健康教育工作力度,提高学生传染病防治素养水平,预防传染病的发生。 Objective In order to supply science provide scientific evidence to develop for targeted health education work in senior high school, we examined the health literacy regarding infectious diseases among senior high school students in Dingxi City of Gansu Province. Methods We used stratified cluster random sampling to select 4 senior high schools in 2 counties randomly,face to face interview was conducted by "Public proficiency test questionnairen of health literacy regarding infectious diseases". Results The score of literacy regarding infectious diseases of senior high school students in Dingxi was( 41.32± 11.8). The score of consciousness and concept, knowledge, capacity of behavior decision, skills, capacity of acquiring and understanding information was( 5.12±0. 84)( 21.9±8.3)( 7.14±3.06)( 2.23±1.79)( 4.94± 2.66). 25.1% students was at the high level standard of prevention literary of infectious diseases. The high level standard of consciousness and concept, knowledge, capacity of behavior decision,skills, capacity of acquiring and understanding information was 78.3%,25.0%,32.8%,39.6% and 26.8%, respectively. The correct rate of these domains was 93.0%,51.1%,62.8%,31.2%,58.0%. Conclusion The level of prevention literacy regarding infectious diseases in senior high school students in Dingxi city is generally not high. We need to endeavor to enhance school health education,improving the health literacy and preventing infectious diseases occurrence.
