摘要
学习分析技术为提升学习质量提供了新的思路。而从学习分析在学习评价、诊断、预测、干预的实际应用来看,评价模型的建立是重要的基础。本研究首先对当前学习建模的主要方法和针对的对象进行评述,然后综合展示了通过实践构建的在线学习测评的综合建模方法。建模首先阐述了评价模型相关的四个问题,而后进一步介绍了理论模型、数学模型和特征工程的迭代应用,最后对综合建模的适用性、建模方法、采用数据的三个方面进行了讨论。研究为基于学习分析技术的综合测评提供了理论上的参考,为学习分析技术的实践应用提供了方法和思路上的借鉴。
Learning analytics technology offers a new way for improving the quality of learning, and from learning evaluation, diagnosis, prediction, intervention in practical application of learning analytics, it is important to build an evaluation model. In this study, main methods and objects of learning modeling are reviewed, and methods used to construct the comprehensive modeling of online learning evaluation are displayed as well. At first, four related questions of evaluating model are expounded, then theoretical model, mathematical model and iterative applications of feature engineering are introduced, and finally, the applicability of comprehensive modeling, methods of modeling and adopting data are discussed. The research provides theoretical reference for comprehensive evaluation based on learning analytics technology, and also for methods and thinking in application of learning analytics technology.
