摘要
本文在分析国培计划综合改革的基础上,对教师培训的出发点、适应教师专业发展的教师学习特征与发展路径进行了分析,提出了基于互联网的混合教师培训的迭代模型,从宏循环规划设计、中循环引发网络研修和校本教研教学实践融合、微循环促进学习知识向能力迁移等三个层面对模型进行了分析。
Based on the analysis of comprehensive reform in national training program, the starting point of teacher training, teachers＇ learning features and developmental routes, an internet-based iterative model for blended teacher training is proposed. Three levels of the model have been analyzed： macro circulation——planning and design; medium circulation——facilitating the integration of network training and school-based teaching practice; micro circulation——promoting the transfer from knowledge to competency.
