冠状动脉内膜剥脱术应用研究进展

Research progress of coronary endarterectomy application

外科医师在面对越来越多的弥漫性冠状动脉病变患者时，冠状动脉内膜剥脱术是除冠状动脉旁路移植术外的另一个治疗方案。尽管手术技巧要求高，围手术期并发症相对较多，但随着技术的进步，对于弥漫性冠状动脉病变患者，两者联合实施可能是最佳的选择。本文对冠状动脉内膜剥脱术的应用研究作简要综述，并对前景进行展望。

Surgeon may choose coronary endarterectomy（CE） besides coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG） When they confront increasing number of diffuse coronary artery disease（DCAD） cases. Though CE requires high surgical skill with relatively high perioperative complications, however, it will be optimized by technical improvement and considered as ideal Surgery option combined with CABG for DCAD patients. A brief summary was made about CE application with its perspective expectation.
